ORGANIZATION The Woodbridge Community Choir (WCC) is an IRS designated 501(c)3 non profit organization that is partially funded through grants given by the Prince William County Park Authority. The WCC operates under the Woodbridge Community Choir, Inc Constitution and its By Laws and Standing Rules.
